Steel grating is made of flat steel in a certain spacing and cross bars (twisted square steel, square steel, round steel, flat steel, etc.), and is welded into a square with a square in the middle. A kind of steel product of lattice, steel grating is mainly used for gutter cover, steel structure platform board, steel ladder step board, etc. The crossbar is generally twisted square steel. Steel grating is generally made of carbon steel, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized, which can prevent oxidation. It can also be made of stainless steel. The steel grating has the properties of ventilation, lighting, heat dissipation, non-slip and explosion-proof.

Packing & Shipping
Standard Grating Packing Method:
1. Bandage and Paperboard: Generally applies to neat steel plate;
2. Screw Locking Method: Use 4 screw rods through the aperture of the steel grid, for high strength;
3. Steel Pallet: Traditional export packing.

The Technical Department is able to recommend the most appropriate grating or louvre for a particular project before preparing a panel layout which will make the most economical use of the selected material. Our practice is to work closely with the architect from concept to final design, preparing CAD drawings and advising on secondary steelwork, alternative fixing methods and loading specifications.

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
